Mission Street Food is exactly the kind of place that embodies the true "flavor of San Francisco." It not only has unique delicious food at affordable prices, but it also strives to be socially responsible by donating some of its proceeds to a charitable organization. Urban Trek USA hopes that the concept of Mission Street Food spreads all over the city and to other places. This will happen if Mission Street Food can show that its concept is a success.
Mission Street Food also fully embodies the "mom & pop," "hole in the wall," neighborhood place that Dinner Trek wants to showcase.
The menu changes each week so it is not possible to show Mission Street Food's menu here in advance. The menu is posted on their website a few days before: http://blog.missionstreetfood.com/.

FYI: Mission Street Food accepts cash only.
Estimated Cost for Dinner: $10.00 - $25.00 depending on your appetite. Bring your own bottle of wine. Corkage is only $5.00.
Estimated Cost for Transportation: $4.00 ($2.00 to Mission Street Food & $2.00 back)

Tips for Dinner Trek to Mission Street Food:
- Do not wear extravagant jewelry (i.e. expensive watch/earrings/bracelet/ring).
- Dress casually. Blend with everyone in the neighborhood.
- Bring your own bottle of wine to save money. Corkage is only $5.00.
- Bring enough cash. Mission Street Food accepts cash only.
- Have exact change for Muni fare, $1.50. Dollar bills are accepted but change cannot be given out.
